Kevin Brooks

Kevin oversees and supervises all eight (8) departments of the Village, and is in charge of all day to day operations. He sees that all laws and provisions of the Charter and acts of Council are enforced. He is in close contact with the Mayor and Council members. He makes recommendations and signs and enters into contracts, agreements, and franchise agreements upon Council’s approval. He sits on various boards and commissions whose actions are vital to the Village. He also works very closely with the Supervisor of Administrative Services regarding ongoing projects and also with the Director of Finance on the financial matters of the Village.
